Aureliusz Goliński

Violin

Arek is a co-founder and a leader of Arte dei Suonatori. His CD recordings received the highest reviews by international critics: Diapason d'Or, Gramophone Editor's Choice, Choc du Monde de la Musique, Luister 10, 10 de Repertoire, Classics Today, Classic CD, Prelude Classical Award. Arek held a baroque violin class at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and has been a tutor at many masterclasses. He has cooperated with the most recognizable artists specializing in performing early music in historically informed manner. Arek keeps looking for ideally beautiful sound on the violin, here is his thought about it: „It was only when I stood in the Empor Chapel at the royal castle in Hillerod, listening to the most beautifully crafted textures and timbres created by Compenius, that I fully understood how strongly sound can posses me”.

Ewa Golińska

Violin & Viola

Ewa is a violinist and violist, co-founder of Arte dei Suonatori with which she appears as a soloist and chamber musician. SA-CD magazine wrote about her playing: “Ewa Golinska (…) takes the solo part (…) with gleaming technique and a delectable cantabile in the Largo”. She holds the historical violin and viola class at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz (Poland). Ewa is highly interested in music and esthetics of the Age of Enlightenment. She has cooperated with artists such as Martin Gester, Hidemi Suzuki, Rachel Podger, Alexis Kossenko and Robert Hill. Ewa relaxes while walking at the beach and is passionate about an interior design.

Anna Bator

Double Bass

Anna graduated the University of Music in Warsaw (Poland) and she has focused on perfoming early music ever since. She has cooperated with ensembles such as Il Pomo d’Oro, Ensemble Mare Nostrum and Capella Cracoviensis. She was a member of the Musicae Antiquae Collegium Varsoviense for 5 years. Currently, she studies viola da gamba with Krzysztof Firlus at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland). Ania and her art of playing the double bass provides the very foundation of the Arte dei Suonatori sound. When playing together she cherishes the opportunity to enhance the quality of the sound of the whole ensemble while letting the other players believe that it was them who made a difference.

Marta Bławat

Oboe

Marta is a graduate of Royal Conservatories in The Hague and Brussels where she studied with virtuoso oboists - Frank de Bruine and Marcel Ponseele. She has cooperated with many early music ensembles such as the Orchestra of the Eighteenth Century, Amsterdam Baroque Orchestra, The English Concert, B’rock, Il Gardellino, Matheus Ensemble, Holland Baroque, Armonia Atenea as well as Capella Cracoviensis, Wrocław Baroque Orchestra czy Il Giardino d’Amore. In her free time, Marta devotes herself to literary activity by writing her own blog, which is her greatest passion after music.

Marta Gawlas

Traverso Flute

Marta has studied in Katowice, Brussels, Verona, Amsterdam and Geneva. She has taken part in many masterclasses guided by virtuoso flutists. She performs as a soloist and a chamber musician across Europe. Marta is a musician of Arte dei Suonatori, Capella Cracoviensis, L’Orchestre de l’Opéra Royal de Versailles and Cohaere Ensemble. With Cohaere Ensemble she won the 1st prize at the International Early Music Competition in France and is part of the EEEmerging+ program. She has cooperated with artists such as Sophie Junker, Marcin Świątkiewicz, Louis Creac’h and Alexis Kossenko. Marta joined Arte dei Suonatori at the age of 19, which makes her the youngest musician joining the orchestra! She knits in her free time and learns French.

Monika Hartmann

Cello

Monika has been focused on performing early music in historically informed performance practice since 2018. She studied with Tomasz Pokrzywiński and Bartosz Kokosza at the Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland). She is a co-founder of the Cohaere Ensemble with which she has performed at festivals such as Actus Humanus and Kromer Festival Biecz. With this ensemble she was awarded 1st prize at the International Early Music Competition in Loire Valley (France) and is a part of the prestigious EEEmerging+ program. She has cooperated with ensembles such as Holland Baroque, {OH} Orchestra and Capella Cracoviensis. Monika has 2 adorabale bunnies.

Izabela Kozak

Violin

Izabela is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Katowice (Poland). After completing her Master Degree in modern violin she started baroque violin studies as she had a will to explore early music in historically informed manner. She is mostly interested in performing chamber music - Izabela is fascinated about the coherent sound created from mixture of different personalities. Beside Arte dei Suonatori Iza is a musician of {oh!} Orchestra and Silesian Chamber Orchestra. She has cooperated with Capella Cracoviensis and Wrocław Baroque Orchestra. She is interested in Polish folk music and dances. Lately, the road cycling became her hobby.

Anna Krzyżak-Siarkowska

Viola

Anna has studied in Berlin, Warsaw and Katowice. She is a former prize winner of international viola competitions as well as a recipient of scholarships granted by the Minister of Culture and the „Young Poland” programme. She has cooperated with artists such as Maxim Rysanov, Kirill Troussov, Giovanni Antonini, Chiara Bianchini and Bernhard Forck as well as with {oh!} Orchestra and Capella Cracoviensis. She recorded her first CD with the LGT Young Soloists Orchestra in 2018 which was released by RCA / Sony. Anna loves contemporary music which she performs on modern and baroque viola. She knits in her free time, knitting is her yoga.

Małgorzata Malke

Violin

In 2022 she released her first solo album featuring 12 Fantasias for Violin Solo by Telemann, which was nominated for the International Classical Music Award. Małgorzata is a soloist and a chamber musician. She is a founder of the Equilibrium String Quartet and was a member of Extempore Trio for 10 years. She has cooperated with ensembles such as Collegium Marianum and Wrocław Baroque Orchestra. Małgorzata is a co-founder of {oh!} Orchestra with which she recorded the „Concerto Grosso: Émigré to the British Isles” album at which she appears as a solist alongside Martyna Pastuszka. She is a graduate of music academies in Katowice, Vienna and Graz. She plays the violin built in 1719 by Claude Pierray. Małgorzata is a Suzuki method teacher and she loves mountains.

Michał Marcinkowski

Violin

Michał holds a historical violin class at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz (Poland). He has performed at festivals such as Midsommer Baroque, Actus Humanus, Opera Rara and Misteria Paschalia. He is a co-founder of Intermperata Ensemble with which he appears as a soloist. In 2017 they released their first CD „Gościniec / Alta Via”. Michał combines playing baroque and modern violin. He is a member of the Pomeranian Philharmonic Orchestra and Capella Thoruniensis. As a member of the Arte dei Suonatori he has recorded and performed live concerts for Polish Radio 2, Danish Radio and Mezzo TV. Michał is interested in history.

Katarzyna Olszewska

Violin

She is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Kraków (Poland) where she studied with Sirkka-Lissa Kaakinen-Pilch and Zbigniew Pilch. Katarzyna is a 2nd prize winner at the Jose Herrando Baroque Violin Competition in Spain and a laureate of the 2020 International Indianapolis Baroque Competition. Apart from Arte dei Suonatori she is a musician of Capella Cracoviensis, Il Pomo d’Oro and Kore Orchestra. As a soloist, chamber musician and a concertmaster she has appeared at festivals such as Actus Humanus, Kromer Festiwal Biecz, Muzyka w Raju, Opera Rara, Trigonale Festival der Alten Musik, Copenhagen Baroque Festival and Höör Baroque. She has been interested in early music and historically informed performance practice since her childhood. She walks in her free time as well as reads having a cup of coffee on the side (and a purring cat on her knees).

Łukasz Strzelczyk

Łukasz is a graduate of the Academy of Music in Gdańsk (Poland). He has studied baroque violin at the Royal Danish Conservatory of Music with Aureliusz Goliński as well as at the Music Conservatory in Amsterdam with Shunske Sato. He was fascinated with early music in his school years, not knowing that there is an informed historical performance practice. He has been a member of Arte dei Suonatori since 2019. Łukasz has been performing on cruise ships with a chamber music ensemble since 2022, thus combining his passions: music and travel.

Marcin Tarnawski

Violin

Marcin holds a baroque violin class at the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz (Poland). He is also a lecturer at the Methodical Early Music Masterclasses in Warsaw. Marcin is a founder of „Early Music Academy” association which is an organizer of the Bydgoszcz Early Music Scene Festival. In 2020 he led the performance of the Opera „Filandro” by N. Porpora as a conductor, which was the first performance of this piece in the present time. He cooperates with Intemperata Ensemble. His main research and artistic pursuits are focused around the practice of improvised ornamentation and chamber music. Marcin likes listening to light music in his free time and is interested in different fileds of art, mostly in architecture.
